At the second TechTalents, companies and universities will be able to present themselves at virtual exhibition booths and get in touch with students on the threshold of choosing a career or study program. In turn, students* will once again have the opportunity to get to know exciting technology employers and universities.
How do we reach the young target group?
We were able to win MINT EC as a strong co-partner for the supporting program in May 2022. Through the school network, STEM-minded students from high schools will be invited and exempted from classes. For the target group of secondary school students, there will be a similar cooperation with the school network Berufswahlsiegel. The VDMA is also running another social media campaign, especially on YouTube and Instagram.
TechTalents is already taking place for the second time and was further optimized after the first edition with the help of exhibitor feedback. As a new feature, a unified and proactive chat tool will be available to inform exhibitors when visitors enter the virtual booth.
